But don't worry, as you keep going, you'll unlock access to all Altar locations. Once you've got the whole Altar of Hope unlocked, it's time to recruit a hero from the Living City. Get someone to replace the weakest hero in your starting lineup, the Grave Robber. The Jester and Flagellant are both fantastic options, by the way. And hey, why not consider hiring the powerful Bounty Hunter from inns? It's gonna be epic…

Once you've got your new heroes, go ahead and unlock the Orphan Wolf Cub at the Intrepid Coast. Then, invest your Candles in unlocking Hero Paths and upgrading your heroes in the Living City. You definitely want to aim for the final Deathblow Resistance node for each hero. That's a goal worth chasing, but remember, each player might have their own strategy to achieve it. The Highwayman
